Return & Refund Policy – Pet Core

At Pet Core, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it

• Unused and unworn

• With tags attached

• In its original packaging

• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return request is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

• Custom or personalized products

• Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

The item must still be:

• Unused

• With tags attached

• In its original packaging

• With proof of purchase

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
